Policy Information:
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made by 5pm the day before your scheduled appointment date "NO EXCEPTIONS" any same day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
Work area: All vehicles are to be serviced in an approved work area off any street or public property of any kind. If your residence is a multi family dwelling be sure to check with management to obtain pre approval for work to be completed on premises.
Personal Belongings:
Please remove all personal belongings prior to service
Exotic is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or broken items.
Child Safety Seats: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for removal or reinstalling Child Safety Seats.
Ceramic Coating Deposit: We require a deposit for each Ceramic Coating brand we offer "NO EXCEPTIONS"
Photo and video: During any scheduled service photo and video may be used for social media and or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have any photo or video during your scheduled service please notify the leading team member.
